Join us at the next Brussels Sanctions Roundtable  on 20 March 2025 for a Brussels Sanctions Roundtable session with several highly experienced experts in delisting litigation.

After 3 years of increasing sanctions adopted against Russia and Belarus with past and ongoing legal challenges raising many questions of first impression,  this event takes stock of the experiences gained by experts in EU litigation and developments in the case law of the CJEU on review of listings and (un)successful sanctions delistings.

The Roundtable start with a presentation and panel discussion with several highly experienced experts in delisting cases, and we encourage active participation of all attendants in the following discussions.

The Roundtable will be followed by an in-person networking drink for the in-person attendants.
